Message was received stating the Governor has let the following bill                                                            
become law without signature and transmitted the engrossed and                                                                  
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent

                 SENATE BILL NO. 171 "An Act disapproving the                                                                  
              recommendations of the State Officers Compensation
